1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the WrapCity website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and any other policies posted on the site. If you do not agree, do not use our website.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

  • All vinyl wraps, digital products, and gift cards are sold as-is.

  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time.

  • Custom and pre-order items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login information.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. PAYMENT & ORDER TERMS

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify-approved payment gateways.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for suspected fraud or payment issues.

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

  • Once the carrier marks an order as delivered, all risk transfers to the customer.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & GIFT CARDS

  • Digital products and gift cards are delivered electronically.

  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once delivered.

  • Customers are responsible for correct email addresses; lost or deleted digital items are not replaced.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, images, designs, and branding on the WrapCity site are our property.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written consent.

8. USER CONDUCT

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading information

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders once marked as delivered.
